We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel overlooking the lake. The best aspects about this hotel were the spacious and clean rooms, delicious meals served as part of room deal with a wide variety of seafood choices, and the serene in-room onsen with a stunning view of the lake. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's free parking, perfect location close to the JR train station, and the friendly staff who always made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Our romantic escape was truly beautiful. The spa and public onsen were well-maintained and offered fabulous scenic views. The wide variety of seafood sashimi at breakfast and dinner were certainly the best aspects of our stay. the private outdoor onsen bath in our room was a fantastic feature that we enjoyed.

Despite these great features, some key location factors detracted from our experience. The location proved to be inconvenient as it was a long 10-15 minute walk to the convenience store in the winter.

We spent our Christmas at an amazing hotel by the lake. the buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of seafood sashimi and an impressive dessert spread. the highlight was the onsen with an outdoor area and great pools, perfect after a day on the slopes. the location was also convenient with a bus stop right outside the hotel and stunning views of the lake and mountain.

Our room was a bit snug for a family of four, although we managed to make it work. the continental breakfast could have been better, with limited coffee options.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to the train station and the lake. the rooms offer modern and comfortable amenities, including private hot springs and heated bathroom floors. the service is excellent, and the breakfast and dinner buffet have a great variety of seafood and Japanese dishes. the public onsen has a scenic birdseye view and is less crowded.

The hotel lacks options for lunch, and nearby restaurants require a 20-minute walk in cold weather.

The views were breathtaking, fantastic massages, included meals were delicious and varied, relaxing and quiet atmosphere in winter, modern and comfortable rooms with private hot springs, relaxing public onsen with scenic view.

Nothing, all was good.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The view of the lake from the outdoor onsen on the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was magical, especially at night when the full moon reflected in the water. The hotel is also conveniently located near sightseeing options, such as a ropeway to a mountain top with an active crater caldera lake. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with a wide variety of food choices, including fantastic seafood sashimi. The room amenities were top-notch, with a private onsen and a free coffee grinder for making specialty coffee.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy boutique hotel with luxurious design and decor. The spacious room easily accommodated three people, and the in-room onsen was a great addition. The buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we even enjoyed making our own specialty coffee with the provided coffee grinder. The hotel's location near a convenience store and Lake Toya Park allowed us to explore the area easily. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
